Naturally, cells or life are depending on the ecological, environment and energy sources and the same time, it’s having all capable of regeneration, repair, and self killing properties. It can be able to treat the damage or diseases with self or some other cell. While repairing time, its need particular environmental condition (like ..temp, PH) and specific energy. So we have to find the particular environmental condition for specific cell and what kind of energy molecules are needs and which ratios and then which food content having more specific energy molecules, and what way have to intake….likes that standardized treatment if we would a find out!!!!

Dear, your question is very scientific & realistic as well as, to its surrounded by a wide range of explanations and a hugely answers. However, I think its difficult to do that type of specific cell for every such diseases. Because, it's homeostasis and functions during normal condition may guide it to behaviour as specific normal physiologic behave and when induce (dive) by diseases may behaviour in other way than that as it was through the normal behave, and that will include many biologic of; gene expression, PH, buffering system, substrate function,enzymes function, cell division,receptors function, carriers function and . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. As well as, to the biochemical & molecular biological activities. Anyway, can genesis to functions of different cells through stimulate the immune system to help in protect and to select specific cells and control the diseases in general.

i agree,its very difficult but before our treatment process, the specific cells were identifying and started the treatment process to patient cell so it may possible.... i think.
