But why is it that everything is new, unusual, different from what we're used to, causes us so afraid?

Where we are led to experience a change in our standard of living, we find ourselves overcome by a fear that something bad will happen.

Probably this is because we have always been taught to look for security, for situations where we feel comfortable and accommodated.

Anxiety and a little stress!

These are essential, to solve the issues, to motivate one to start work and action.

I think big problem is "why should i" approach of people, everyone think someone start the work and we just follow.

Most of the time it's the fear of failure that hinders progress. In my experience, action stems from necessity; if I want something bad enough, I'll turn it into a necessity, only then will I leap into action. To get out of our comfort zones every once in a while is good. We need to sometimes jump off a cliff and construct a pair of wings mid-fall just for the sake of it.

To me, setting out  goals is an important driving force for motivation. I set short-term and long- terms goals. This motivates me to spend my time effectively and accomplish my goals.

I think, what motivates action is reflection. Behind a good action there is wisdom.
