I have a problem with the results of my statistical tests. I measured the number of lever presses by rats during 10 sessions, my groups are NOES and ES. I carried out a 2-way ANOVA test which gave the same result for JASP and PRISM. Then I did Tukey's post hoc tests, and the results are different between the two programs. Prism indicates that a difference between my groups persists until session 4, whereas Jasp indicates that it stops at the second session.
Have I done something different, or do the two software packages perform the test differently ?
Hello Kevin Letort Of course, I didn't see a multiple comparisons sheet that shows pair-by-pair comparisons in prism software.
However, the software does not seem to be different.
In prism software, it would have been better to choose the last option named compare cell means regardless of rows and columns.

I tried to do this test but it doesn't work for me because it's a repeated measures ANOVA test.
I'd like to understand why it doesn't offer it to me and what is the best way to do the statistics in this case.
