Why my result of titratable acidity have increasing trend after 9 day?

I do analysis on shelf life apple after coating with edible coating incorporated with aloe vera for day 0, 2, 6, and 9 days. And based on journal that i already read most of the result showing declining trend of TA. Why my result shows incrasing trend on each day?
