I have recently begun using the FD Rapid Golgi Stain Kit for the staining of cortex of the mouse brain. The brain is emerged in solution A+B for 14 days, and then C for 7 days.

I am experiencing a lot of trouble when slicing the mouse brain, as the brain tissue is so brittle, The sectioning is failed with the vibratom and cryostat.

I was told the Hito Golgi-Cox OptimStain kit cause less brittle of the tissue. Anyone has using Hito Golgi-Cox OptimStain kit?
