I have been trying to measure the impedance of bare ITO, and I assume that the data should be well fitted by a simple Randles circuit model, but my data doesn't seem to follow this circuit model (even if I add a Warburg element to R_ct).
I'm using 0.1 M of TBAPF6 in anhydrous acetonitrile as my electrolyte, Pt. wire as counter electrode and AG/AgCl is my reference electrode. The frequency range is from 1Hz to 1MHz.
Attached is my data along with the fits (labeled "Calc") for both the Nyquist plot and Bode plots of phase and magnitude.
I appreciate any thought or suggestion about this problem.
