Basically, I did the antimicrobial activity of the gelatin-chitosan edible film with Kesum extract. But when the edible film comes into contact with the agar. It becomes folded immediately. What should I troubleshoot?
Something to do with hydration/dehydration?
Perhaps the composition of your edible film has charges similar to that of agar, if sulfated ? (-) then it repels and shrinks... besides moisture..
