Multi criteria decision making techniques, like analytic hierarchy process (AHP), can score different criteria regarding finding best locations for a new facility like hospital, EMS station and so on. However this is so rare in health context and allocation models are mostly computational models based on network analysis which optimize the distance or travel time but do not encompass standards and experts opinions.
Can anyone explain the reason?
