I made a programme in MATLAB code, to solve the mouvement equation of MDOF structure using Newmark beta methode, the programme is working perfectly in MATLAB but once intrduced in Simulink unsing the Matlab function block it is not working any more and it show a lot of errors
any help will be welcome

There are many different reasons it may not work:
1- all inputs should be considered separately!
2- output should be initialized.
3- it is unable to share memory / data
4- it has no memory
example:
function [y1,y2] = fcn(u1,u2,u3)
y1=u1;
y2=1;
if u2==1
y1=u1*0.7+u1*0.3*u3; y2=1;
else
y1=u1; y2=1;
end
end

first for matlab function you must installed visual stdio in windows.
the matlab for simulink necessary visual studio for mading .mex file
first in command window matlab write this command:
mex setup
matlab answer this
