in zeolites Isomorphously substituted cation such as Al gives the acidity by proton, decrease of Al or increase of Si cause increase in Si/Al, any how both cause decrease of Al only compared to Si, so acidity as to decrease but the strength of the acid site will increase. for more explanation go through this link
There is a balance between total acidity (i.e., number of acid sites) and the strength of acidity. As Si/Al increases, the number of acid sites decreases, but their strength can increase. A high-Al structure (e.g., non-dealuminated Y) will have a large number of relatively weak acid sites.
