There is no connection between ResearchGate and Google Scholar concerning citations. Both platform identify citations with their own algorithms, independently from each other. See also these discussions on missing citations:

Dear Samuel Akpan As far as I can see there is no difference between your RG profile and your GS profile https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=CDqtZXcAAAAJ&hl=nl&oi=sra

The citations of 2023 are depicted in the graph on the right and thus counted.

You need to realise what the h-index is and how it is calculated. The "All time" h-index shows 4 meaning that there are 4 papers with at least 4 citations. The other mentioned h-index is based on the number of citations in the last five years and apparently there are 2 papers with at least 2 citations. So despite the fact that your papers had (new) citations this does not necessary means that the h-index will change.

perhaps adding the papers of this profile to the first profile might change things a bit AND try to be as accurate as possible here on RG when it comes to publication date, issue nr, pages etc.
