I analyzed Se in bovine serum after acid digestion using ICP-MS with He gas.
But the concentration is lower than reference paper.
So I changed to H2 reaction gas.
The results was totally different from He gas.
The Se concentration has a gap about 60 ppb. ( He 6~10 ppb, H2 60~80 ppb)
The samples are same but data are different.
I don’t have a bovine serum CRM, so I don’t know which one is right.
