Why is meta-analysis of certain pertinent parameters on boundary layer flow rare to be found? Your observation or opinion would be highly appreciated.

It is worth noticing that there exist thousands of published articles on the boundary layer flow of different categories of fluids on various surfaces. However, meta-analysis of most pertinent parameters has been ignored.
