It has been widely published that Ti could not be electrochemically deposited on a substrate from aqueous solution of simple salt bath. If this is true and there is sufficient interest on this matter.
I am seeking for a sponsor or collaboration to develop Ti and its alloy films by electrochemical deposition process.

It cannot be deposited from aqueous solution because in presence of water titanium becomes TiO2. You need to perform an electro winning from molten salt but even in that case you need to "completely" remove the moisture from the molten salt.
