Precision is not accuracy. It is measured as how consistently you are away from target. If you are consistently away from the target, you are precisely off target. Accuracy is being bang on target. Bias should be measured as the deviation from accuracy and not precision. If there is a fixed bias , from accuracy, then you are precise. Then why mention precision and bias? The only advantage of precision is standard deviation.  Can any one throw some light ?
