Being in the profession for more than 30 years, who knows better than you. The question is not only of medicines and vaccines, its about laying down the quality standards and implementation of the QC and QA. The business houses only view a product as a revenue source. Its the duty of the authorities to ensure quality. Of course we have shortage of skilled manpower but with right intentions and will, both political and administrative its not an impossible task to provide immaculate Quality assurance.
