Female orgasm is defined so that every woman can imagine she might have had one. No one can name any female erotic turn-ons. Either different women are assumed to respond to stimulation of different anatomy or the same woman is assumed to respond differently on different occasions. No one justifies the different anatomy involved in intercourse (the vagina) and masturbation (the clitoris). The clitoris is equated to the glans but this is not the kind of clitoral stimulation that causes orgasm.
I love your work but I fear you are raising the spectre of the female eunuch (literally). I am sure you do not intend this, but you seem to be at times diminishing female pleasure when engaged in sex.

I am having to fight the universal propaganda put out by men that dominates our heterosexual society and that shows totally unrealistic portrayals of female responsiveness. I have never experienced one of these porno orgasms - any orgasm with a lover in over 30 years of regular and adventurous sex. I am fighting the myth that female orgasm is common. No one can name even one female erotic turn-on. Neither can anyone agree on the anatomy and the stimulation technique involved. Female orgasm is clearly extremely rare. But that does not mean that women do not enjoy sex. Alfred Kinsey pointed out in the 1950s that many women enjoy giving pleasure to men as well as feeling loved and appreciated. Later Shere Hite also concluded that women engage in sex to experience emotional connection rather than for the erotic rewards men seek. Female pleasure is emotional. Nothing wrong with that. But it does not include arousal or orgasm. I have been doing this for many many years. No one can explain how these porno orgasms are achieved. Only men talk of sexual pleasure and eroticism. Women talk of loving relationships and emotional rewards with a lover.
Where are these women? Why am I always talking to men? The research indicates the opposite of what you suggest. This explains why women like romance and why porn is censored in every society.
