Because it is a challenge for many people , then to give it derogatory names is an attempt to undervalue the process thereby justifying the failure to cause its eruption. I believe portraying it as a special and worthwhile exercise would expose them. Its an psychological lullaby.
Thanks Patience for commenting! I am saying that if sexual response were specified more precisely, it would be clear that many orgasm claims are not true orgasms. Women confuse sensual and emotional pleasure with what men call arousal and orgasm. My work provides the key characteristics of sexual response and distinguishes the female experience from the male. Basically, women do not have a sex drive and their arousal is largely subconscious. It is only by using explicit erotic fantasy when alone that a woman can generate conscious arousal and achieve orgasm. This is why the research by Kinsey that highlighted female orgasm for the first time, revealed that it occurs most readily through masturbation alone. This finding was hugely unpopular because of sexual politics where women promote their supposed enthusiasm for intercourse to obtain the rewards men provide. But Hite and Kinsey concluded that orgasm claims have no effect on intercourse frequencies.
