Why is 0.1PH mutual inductance important to design flux qubit?

I want to know about the importance of specefic value 0.1 PH mutual inductance is necessary to design flux qubit.

Naturally the value of inductance formed due to Josephson junction in a superconducting qubit is very low and ~10-1PH range. This value may be specified for to design a particular qubit. Therefor the value is not fixed and it may differ in case of designing other flux qubit but order is same.
