POWER(Kw) = C*Q*H

Where:-

Q = PUMP DISCHARGE(m3/min.)

H = PUMP HEAD(m)

C = 0.163(at 20 degrees centigrade)

Now point to me which will stay constant and which will be variable?

As I understand, here as far as the pump does not change then you want to increase the discharge only, according to the pump Characteristic Curves you must change the head for the same POWER.

I understand that increasing discharge will increase the radial velocity causing vibrations. Regards

The increase in pump discharge is causing vibration in-spite of installation is excellent is the lapse in design or specifications or selection criteria

The vibrations are within the allowable specific limit in mill-galls, so to be very specific if things are installed correctly as per the requirement by the design than the problem still persists is something to be re-looked in what is wrong in the specific system.
