The increase of oxygen content may change the electronic states in the energy gap.
Thus may be introducing pores and unsaturated bonds or defects or localized
electronic states in the energy gap which decreases the order and crystallinity through the material and consequently the deformations of crystallite shapes and sizes and the grains as a whole.
It is my pleasure to discuss with you. I will be highly thankful for your proposal. I believe it will always helpful to if discussed. My email is [email protected]
