most people have shown I their research articles that the intensity peaks of different metals like ag, au and even pd have their peaks on the same degrees i.e. nearby 38.2, 44.2,64.6, 77.5 degrees (2theta angle).
i want to ask is it right? even though the intensity of peak is not much high, and a lot of noise is also recorded n the nanoparticles synthesized using the leaf extract.

Yes, it is right. Au, Ag and Pd has the same crystalline structure (face-centered cubic structure). So, they share some peaks on determined degrees (there is a "overlapping" between them).
You should search for the characteristic peaks of each one (each one has characteristic x-ray pattern/peaks).

I have searched for the characteristics peaks but i myself couldn't find a specific characteristic peak visible only for au or ag in any paper.
All of them has mentioned only one jcpds cards number for both ag and au.
And even though that specific jcpds cards is for face-centered cubic structure but the other characterization from TEM images are showing the synthesis of sherical and triangular nanoparticles. I dont how how the data of lattice structure is concluded on the basis of the reference for the cubic structure.
There maybe some matchingbpoint but not all to conclude only on the basis of the xrd data.

The characteristics peak may be available on any database. These peaks can be found on the whole x-ray diffraction pattern. Also, intensity and the width of the peaks can be useful to determine which element is. For Pd and Ag it could be a more challenging task since they are quite similar (atomic structure and mass).
The morphlogy of the nanoparticles does not influence on the x-ray diffraction pattern. The crystal structure is the same (FCC) regardless the particle morphology (if they are spherical or triangular it does not matter).

Like the morphology has no influence on the diffraction pattern.
And the degrees and (latice constant?) for ag pd and au can be similar but the intensity and width are different for each ofcourse.
So in this case one jcpds card no. can be used for all of these metals nps. which i have seen in many articles.
