Why I couldn't get the crystalline structure of LNO using soild state method even though the calcination temp is 1200 centigrade?

the crystalline structure of LNO using soild state method is not obtained even at 1200 centigrade...

calcinated for 3 hr at 1200

You say that you do not obtain LNO, but in your sample do you find traces of the reagents? Or other phases form? Are you sure that your experimental conditions are the right ones? Do you derive temperature and time from a published paper?
