Why i am getting smile bands and diffused bands in my blot?

I am using Biorad precast gels (4-20%) for my experiment for detecting IgG and IgM in the serum. For that i directly dilute my serum samples and load with 2X SB or 4X SB (13-15ul/ well) and run my gel on 80V for the entire running process but i am constantly finding diffuse and smiley bands. What could be the reasons?
