Why I always get a big peak in C.I.P phase ?

I'm using Fractogel DMAE column.

after each run I incubate column with NaCl 2M to bring down everything in column.

After that we clean column with NaOH 1 N and always get a big peak in this phase . and equilibration phase after that.

I attached a picture (Chromatogram) to clarifying the problem.

Anybody knows what's going on ?
