Demand of electrical power is very high as compare to the generation. so, how to meet this demand? what are the problems and what are the solution available in this case??

since power has to be available the moment it is consumed, the most general answer to your question is: have more available (by producing more, importing more, or by being able to store excess power during low demand times), and consume less.
Of course, this is really a very general answer (matching your general question). To go into more detail:
1. Producing more
This could be done by implementing more energy producing systems. Since low carbon dioxide emission is required to limit green house gas emissions, renewable energy systems are preferred. Depending on the schedule of demand, additional renewable power could include solar power, wind power, bioenergy, and so on.
2. Importing more
This can be done only if you have neighbours (countries, regions, whatever) with surplus of power, and it will come with a cost.
3. Storing more
Power storage of surplus power (e.g. during times when no airconditioning is used) is of growing importance, and worldwide power storage capacities are increasing.
4. Consuming less
There are several ways of consuming less energy. Generally, industry is an important factor to reduce power consumption. For many tropical countries, improved airconditioning (maybe at lower cooling rates) can drastically reduce power consumption. Shifting power demand to times with lower electrical consumption can also be an option.
You see, there are several options, and it is up to your research, to find the best ones (or their combination) for your region and help to implement.

Dear sir,
If we talk about producing more then it is not possible to meet the demand without any problem. Everyone say about renewable energy but problem is if we use solar power we require more land to install it.Without individual solar power system we can not reduce demand. Everyone is aware of solar technology but 0.8 to 1.62% people are using it for individual. As we are related with electrical field we can not depend upon the people we need to do some else what is that something else i want to know.
One additional element that reduces the electricity consumption without the need to increase production is introducing an efficiency program.
However, the only manner that a country has to satisfy electricity demand is to have the best energy mix that the country could prepared on the basis of the most efficient use of all available energy sources, without any exception.
