I'm having problems to get a z-matrix form an output file or a checkpoint file. Can someone send me an example of the command line?
I tried with:
newzmat -ichk -ozmat filename.chk filename.com
newzmat -ichk -ozmat filename filename
newzmat -ichk -ozmat filename.chk filename
... etc..

In ubuntu, you can also use:
newzmat -ichk filename (.chk file name) filename (optimized input file name)
