Hi Santiago, you can apply anywhere which fits your interest. Postdoc positions are not like PhDs, that you can apply anywhere, it depends on the requirement and your interest. Due to funding issues nowadays, postdocs are also not easy to get, so you have to search and then you have to see if it suits your interest. Look up at job banks.

The School of Biological Sciences invites applications for a tenure-track position as Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Genetics or Lecturer in Biochemistry. Applicants should have a strong record of research and teaching with a focus on a specific area of genetics or biochemistry.
The successful applicant will be expected to collaborate with other researchers within and outside the University as well as establishing their own research portfolio that attracts external funding and postgraduate students. They will also be expected to teach in the School's academic programme at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
