Hello Wenxin Lin.

Maybe your quantum dot does not abosrb in this region. There are materials that absorb in 200 nm, or in wavelength > 700 nm. Have you tried these possibilities?

Ricado's suggestion is correct. If the colour is red, the material absorbs at the blue end of the spectrum and you can see that beginning in your data
