I simulate the tensile behaviour of ASSAB 709 which is low carbon steel (LCS).. how ever, when i simulate the model, the material is broken at the end of steel which is not at the middle. I already have change in everything but still, the broken part is not as what i'm expected but more worst. here I attached the picture of broken part with my setting file

did you fix one end and apply the load at the other end?! I mean did you apply a symmetric loading?! if you have fixed one end due to the dynamic effect, and depending on the density of the sample, it is explainable! otherwis, and in the case of sym. loading condition I would suggest checking the mass-scaling option if you used that!

Yes, I have fixed at one end and the other end I applied a displacement. Is that will be a problem too?
