I've been facing a very weird phenomen. When I pour my gel for a Western Blot the gel does not polymerize but the leftovers in the flusk where I prepared the solution polymerize and are solid after half an hour. I use the same material as my collegues and they never faced this issue. Also they watched me doing it and didn't notice anything wrong while preparing the solution.

Any ideas what enhances the solution from polymerisation whilst the leftovers are not impacted by this?
