After a strong excercise we are advised and it seems to work, to do stretching of the most affected parts of the body. The reasons given is to increase the circulation and tell some nerve to revert to normal. While one don't disbute these reasons, they don't seem to offer anything that simple rest doesn't do. Is there other reasons perhaps, because stretching does appear necessay for a better rest.
