Hello, lately I have been doing gel electrophoresis for Western Blot. While my ladder leaves just fine, my samples disperse and disappear like smiles. I did this twice and got the loading into the wells very smooth.
Since the ladder is normal, I think there may be a problem in the examples. I gave HT_22 cells polysaccharide and a plant extract. Also, I have a control group. I have 3 groups in total and I load them based on BCA test results. Sample (14-12 µg), water (1-2.8 µg) and SB+BME (5.0 µg). I made the gel myself and used 14%. I used an MES buffer for running. How can I solve this problem? Is there anything you can suggest to me? thank you, good luck
