Usually, my ecoli colony has a distinct shape and doesn't form a hairy look like this. I use LBA with AMP 100 µL/mL. The plasmid inside my ecoli has the AmpR region so they should survive under these conditions. I wonder why their morphology is different than my other ecoli plate.

Looks overgrown. Try plating again with a 1:10 dilution of what you used here and you should get defined colonies.

I think you picked up a mucoid mutant, they arise with fairly high frequency in E. coli. You can just retransform your plasmid in to fresh cells. Mucoid colonies tend to be bigger so sometimes when you pick the largest colony on a plate this is what you see.
