Everywhere we have concepts/opinions/things like up and down,good and bad, benevolent and malevolent and also right and left. So everyone wants to be good, upper position,start work rightly in this regard our psychology tend to have good result. may be thats why people start there walk by putting right leg.And it is not ideal for everybody because,as our friend said that In many armies, marching starts left leg first.

Look at the relation with the range of motion of the side bending of the lumbar spine!. Right>left side bending over 80%

Our nervous system control all body organs.Brain has different parts to control different body parts Right and left parts work with coordination .Left control right and vice versa .

Oops!! I have done the statistical analysis with more than 100 people. I found that most of the people prefer their right legs for starting any kind of motion in spite of whether they are left sided or right sided.

I'm told that whatever eye is dominant will be the dominant side. Right eye stronger, start walking with right foot, write with right hand. Left eye dominant, start walking with the left foot and write with the left had.

This because majority of male is right handed due to strength. Right side of man is used extensively used thus makes stronger then left. Those who are strong in left user prefer to be left handed person. Generally it has found that man are right handed women are left handler however exception is always there.
