Where are Class 1, 2, 3 and 4 sections generally adopted by steel construction industy? Why are class 4 sections not used as beams? As what structural members are Class 4 members used?

Hello,

They are divided based on ingredients such as carbon percentage and will have different mechanical properties. Like plasticity that decreases with increasing carbon.
