Why do journals with Article Processing Charges above 1000$ request free academic reviewing? This is a broad day academic robbery and must stop?

If Journals are charging huge sum of article processing charges, a percentage should be given to reviewers. Instead they are writing email and giving deadlines for reviewing for free. THIS HAS TO STOP GOING FORWARD.
