I am performing cyclic voltammetry in 1 mM K2IrCl6 / 0.1 M KCl to study the kinetics of carbon electrodes. For slow scan rates of 5 and 20 mV/s, I have an interpeak distance below 59 mV (at 5 mV/s, interpeak distance = 38 mV).

The redox couple is IrCl62-/IrCl63-, so a one-electron reaction.

Any ideas on what could be happening?
