Why data is not consistent?

Whenever I am using same Ni2P for HER study, I noticed that data is not consisted? For an example, after I made a solution by dissolving in DMF and dropcasted on an electrode two times . ( 2nd one I made after couple of days by using the same solution) LSV graph becomes worse than 1st one. How can it possible? LSV graph should be same.
