Copper when expose to external magnetic field unlike ferromagnetic material it does not allign or interect with field as ferromagnetic material do thats why copper is diamagnetic.
So why change in magnetic field induce emf on copper.
Does change in magnetic field induces emf in all metals or does it effects non metals too....

A changing magnetic field induces an electric field in the neighbourhood. If there are free electrons around, as in the case of copper or any metal, they react to that electric field.

Foucault currents are induced in a diamganetic metal such
cooperget, either by the variation over time of the
external magnetic field, or by a displacement of this
matarial in an applied magnetic field. They are a consequence of
electromagnetic induction. These induced currents created by a variable field generate produce a drag force that is opposed to the applied field. These are responsible for some of electrical losses.
Cu does interact with an applied field and its response is diamagnetic, i.e. Cu has a negative (and very small) susceptibility. When a time dependent B-field is applied to a conducting material, the induction law emf=-d Bflux/dt predicts the appearance of an electromotive force which will induce currents (Ohm's law for example). The induction law is the integrated version of Maxwell equation curl E = -dB/dt
