Currently we are using model 229 blood pressure amplifier (IITC) to measure mice SBP (tail-cuff method). However, we can't get a nice graph compared to the rat's measurement. May I know who is using the same method to detect mice SBP? Which factors I should take note of? I set the warming chamber temperature until 36 deg C (rats: 30 deg C), and the mice were kept inside about 30 minutes.

I don't have any experience with IITC device but I think there are two things (besides the temperature) which might influence the measurement a lot.
The size/weight of the animals - I had some problems to measure the BP in animals of less than 20g.
The position of the tail/cuff on the tail - do you stabilize the tail somehow (maybe with a tape)? I guess the IICT system uses a photoelectric method to measure the blood pulse so the position of the tail is crucial. Also check if the cuff is not bending the tail, or putting some strain on the tail in some way, which could impair the propagation of the pulses.

The mice we tested were 25-30g. i didn't tape the tail, as i observed that it's fix the tail when i inflated air in. i could get some good graph but the trend not so obvious, and most of the test not good. Please have a look on the file that i attached. I hardly read the reading (even the slide 1) because the reappear of he pulse is so small. May i know how to tape the tail in the sensor? Thank you

I pretty much have nothing to add to the suggestions provided by Matej Durik above.
After getting the right size of restrainer and how to correctly tape the cuff to the tail, you might still need to persevere further in order to get consistent readings.
