The direct effects of PGPR include the secretion of plant growth promoters (indoleacetic acid, cytokinins, gibberellic acid, and ethylene), fixing of atmospheric nitrogen through the symbiotic association to form root nodules, and helping in the solubilization of phosphate in the soil. The plants and microbes have adopted various strategies, for example, secreting organic acids and phosphatases into the rhizosphere soil, thereby helping in mineralization of organic phosphate. The symbiotic association of rhizobacterial strains and mycorrhizal fungi increases P uptake.

Dear, i agree with your statement but people neglects biological solutions because they want quick results. For quick results they use chemical fertilizer rather than biological solutions.
It is possible to formulate NPK + Biofertilizer = Organo-Mineral Fertilizer.
I have demonstrated that with rice crop , see attached pictures in my doctorial field application and evaluation of oragno-mineral fertilizer.
The rice crop yield was 5.4 tons/hectare and the yield components was better than biofertilizer alone in field application for rice crop.
