I have large .lsm files I'm trying to open with ImageJ (Fiji package, so lsm reader and toolbox are installed). The files are t stacks (z stacks over 55 time points, 2 channels, zen black, Zeiss LSM). ImageJ will open the t stack, however every couple frames (around 25), it shifts and distorts the entire image (vide attached file). Does anyone know this problem or can anyone help with this?

Does anyone know a good way to create a single .tiff file T stack from an .lsm or .czi file. When I use Zen black or blue, it only exports .tiff files as single frames. It's way to time consuming to stitch that all together "manually" in ImageJ or similar programs.

I should say that this opening the .lsm file in Zen Black or Blue is no problem, and this bug does not occur.

Thank you for your help.
