Currently, we are researching the design of the positive electrode active material for secondary batteries. Therefore, we would like to evaluate the diffusion coefficient with GITT. However, I did not understand the principle that the diffusion coefficient can be derived by GITT, so I asked a question.

I understand that by repeating the process of passing an electric current and the relaxation process by GITT, electrolyte ions are gradually inserted into the active material, and the diffusion coefficient of the active material can be derived from the reaction amount. However, the reason why the kinetic diffusion coefficient can be derived by this principle is not understood enough to be explained by the schematic diagram.

If anyone can explain it in the figure, can you tell me?
