I'm fraid those are beads instead of bubbles. My understanding is that under certain conditions the polymer molecules are not stretched and therefore remain intangled or coiled after the evaporation of the solvent.
I was probably wrong. Those do look like bubbles. Can you give me more details about your lab equipment?
