Why anaemia cutoff is haemoglobin level less than 10.5 gm/ dl during second trimester ??

We know maximum haemodilution in pregnancy occurs during second trimester....Why the cut off for anaemia is 10.5 gm/ dl of haemoglobin while it is 11 gm/ dl for first and third trimester
