There are probably non specific amplifications. It could have been caused by any components in the PCR reaction or the PCR parameters. To my opinion you shouldn't worry a lot about them since they didn't interfere with the expected amplicon. Otherwise, start  some optimization.

According to my experience, it should be accepted if you publish it. You can run the gel a little bit longer next time.

Hi Mevan, according to me the presence of light band may be due to mixture of samples or contamination of sample. You may try using freshly prepared sample for positive contril. In case of negative control, the presence of light band with relatively very small size is due to formation of primer dimer during PCR reaction.
