Why addition of C-dots influence the IPCE adsorption of N719?

why addition of C-dots influence the IPCE adsorption of N719? N719 has two adsorption IPCE band around 350 and 550 nm and carbon dots adsorb around 350 however when added to together of adsorption (550 nm)disappeared why?
