My entire model is made up of several number of struts. All Struts have the same area and shape. In assembly module, after I finished my entire geometry, I want to merge all of them as a geometry. When I merge them, Abaqus merge them except 2 of them. Why this happened. Can anyone help me?

it is difficult to determine the problem just by looking at the picture. It is possible that there are limitations on the number of instances that can be merged at once. Also, make sure that you have selected all of the necessary instances. If the problem persists and merging creates a new merged part while leaving two instances unmerged, you can try merging the newly created part with the remaining two instances. This should result in a merged part containing all of the required instances.
