We have prepared a code to simulate the propagation of light in any multilayered structure. It is perfectly stable (based on scattering matrices instead of usual transfer matrices), extremely easy to use, can produce nice images, as well as reflection spectra. It is meant for research as well as educational purposes. If you follow the link, you will see many examples of what it is capable of.

Long live Open Science !

Don't hesitate to share, react, ask for anything. We are preparing generalization to nonlocal metals, or photovoltaics (computation of the absorbance of a layer). We are open to suggestions and many other things :)
